Government regulations and AAALAC, International mandate an ongoing training program for all animal users and animal care staff.   It has been demonstrated that training can enhance performance, provide additional job satisfaction and improve both morale and retention.   Staff development training provides opportunities for personal growth and empowers staff to be the best they can be.

Programs are developed based on a needs analysis.  TOCS provides customized training to fulfill specific organizational goals. Attendance documentation is always provided. Small or large groups are welcomed. 

Training schedules are arranged based on facility needs and staff availability; we understand the importance of the work.  Programs can be on site or web-based.
