Background Information

Training and Operations Consulting Services, LLC, was founded in 2001.  TOCS is located in Lewes, DE, close to Washington, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia,  the New Jersey pharmaceutical corridor, and major airports.

Ann Marie Dinkel, BS, MMngt. RLATG, has a long and varied history in the field of laboratory animal science, including facility management, renovations and new building construction, academia, contract research, sales, training and teaching.  Service in local branches and national AALAS affords a unique perspective and networking capability that serves the individual needs of each client.

Education and Experience

BS in Animal Science from the Pennsylvania State University  

Masters in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University

  Graduate of the Institute for Laboratory Animal Management (ILAM)

  Registered Laboratory Animal Technologist

25+ years of progressively responsible experience in animal facility management, staff development and education

Adjunct faculty at Delaware Technical Community College, State University of New York at Delhi, and Drexel University

Directed the design and construction of new transgenic barrier facilities and renovations to existing facilities

Actively involved in local and national AALAS
